  • Commitment: We promise to complete this artisanal preparation and hand your order over to our trusted international carriers within this 5-day window.

2. Estimated Shipping Windows

Once your crystal has been energized and shipped, the typical delivery windows are:

  • United States: 7-15 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.
  • Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. While we ensure swift departure from our facility, final delivery times may be influenced by customs processing or local postal services.

3. Tracking & Transparency

As soon as the physical journey begins, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your companion’s progress directly through our website’s tracking page.

4. Shipping Rates

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Luma Zen is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Integrity

We take great pride in our secure, eco-conscious packaging. Should an item arrive with physical damage, please contact us at support@thelumazen.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and its contents.
